Question #1 - Can Student Loans Be Removed?

YES, If you have PRIVATE STUDENT LOAN, they should be treated like any other negative item cycling off your credit report,  especially if certain information is being inaccurately reported.  If it is a FEDERAL LOAN,  it has to be reported to all three major credit reporting agencies and it can be removed from your credit report only after seven years from the date of the late payment.
